The Basics of Starting a Restaurant: A Certificate Program with John Vyhnanek
Whether you want to start a café, pizza shop, restaurant, or pub, you will need a plan and expert advice on how to execute it. John Vyhnanek—restaurant consultant, small business owner, culinary instructor, and chef—will guide you through the process of starting your own restaurant. Food service and business professionals will also share their insights during a panel forum. In order to be awarded the certificate, students must attend all four sessions and prepare a business plan, to be handed-in at the fourth session. (Business plans will be held in confidence.)
