Jonathan Ribner, associate professor of history of art and architecture in Boston University’s College of Arts & Sciences, will explore more than eight decades of art making by Pablo Picasso. He will demonstrate how the artist’s friends, lovers, Spanish heritage, and preoccupation with eroticism and death affected his imagery.
