Join us for four nights of “beyond-the-basics,” hands-on pastry instruction that promises not only to entice your senses, but improve and challenge your baking skills. Each night will focus on a distinct style of pastry, such as cookies, cakes, and tarts. Professional baking instructor Janine Sciarappa will share her expertise and guide you as you create delectable European-style recipes.
