Join us for three nights of “beyond-the-basics” hands-on pastry instruction that promise not only to entice your senses, but improve and challenge your baking skills. Each night will focus on a distinct style of pastry: cookies, cakes, and tarts. Janine Sciarappa, professional baking instructor, will share her expertise and guide you as you create European-style recipes such as tarte citron, Paris-Brest, dacquoise, ricotta cake.
