Jacques Pépin's New Complete Techniques
Jacques Pépin is considered by professional chefs and home cooks to be the grand-master of cooking skills and techniques. He has been a mentor to hundreds, if not thousands, of cooks through his books La Methode and La Technique. Now he has revised and refined many of his techniques into a new cookbook, entitled New Complete Techniques, using recipes from the past with updated techniques. Participants will get to taste dishes prepared and demonstrated by Pépin, and shall receive copies of the new book. What better way is there to experience the skills of a master chef?
