Children will learn how versatile fresh pasta dough can be and how it is used in many ways throughout Italy: From lasagna to linguini to ravioli and even dessert--the simple ingredients of flour, eggs, salt, and olive oil can be transformed into delicious dishes that represent the Old Country. Includes lunch and recipes.
