Cooking Fundamentals for Young Adults


This session is an intensive, hands-on cooking class for teenagers (ages 13-18), led by instructors Robyn DeLuca and Lisa Falso, and will introduce the fundamentals of cooking, based on time-honored, French techniques and traditions. Students will learn the basics of culinary practice and will apply what they learn to a variety of foods and preparations, resulting in a shared meal at the end of the class. This introductory overview will provide a great foundation for those wishing to pursue further culinary training or careers. Limited enrollment.
