Ciao Italia: Five-Ingredient Favorites with Mary Ann Esposito
Mary Ann Esposito returns to BostonUniversity, bringing her signature take on authentic Italian cooking, this time with her new book, Ciao Italia Five-Ingredient Favorites: Quick and Delicious Recipes from an Italian Kitchen. Her latest project offers 75 recipes each focusing on five main ingredients. The dishes are quick to make, and easy on the wallet in these lean times. This year also marks the 20th season of hernationally televised PBS series, Ciao Italia with Mary Ann Esposito™, making it the longest running cooking series on television. Come help her celebrate with spaghetti alla carbonara, stuffed swiss chard, slow-cooked beef stew, and fig cake! Wines will be paired by husband, Guy Esposito.
