Cooking Up Culture: Italian with Lisa Falso

Description

Kids will love this hands-on class where they will make piatini, or small plates of bite-sized Italian foods with large-sized flavor.  On the menu: crostini, focaccia, fritelli di spaghetti (spaghetti fritters), panzerotti (turnovers), arrancini, and an antipasti plate. After-school snacks will never be the same!
