Same Ingredients, Different Meal, with Jacques Pepin & Jean-Claude Szurdak

Celebrated chefs Jacques Pepin and Jean-Claude Szurdak have been cooking together since they cooked for French President, Charles de Gaulle. Since then, they’ve continued to work together on the many cooking shows that Jacques hosts, and cook together as friends. During this entertaining evening, Jacques and Jean-Claude will be given identical ingredients, and we will see their two approaches to the meal. Of course, we will try both interpretations served with wine, and come away from the evening with plenty of ideas and tips to use in the kitchen.
