An Odyssey of Flavor with Bill Nesto and Nelson Cognac
Bill Nesto, Master of Wine, and Nelson Cognac, chef/owner of Kouzina Restaurant in Waban, take you on a journey pairing regional Greek wine and food. You will taste examples of Greece’s most exciting but undiscovered wines, such as the Assyrtiko wines of Santorini, Moschofilero of Mantineia, Agiorgitiko wines of Nemea, Xynomavro of Naoussa, Mavrodaphne of Patras, and Muscat of Samos. Nelson Cognac will prepare regional recipes to match the wines.
