Jacques Pépin has authored more than twenty cookbooks over the span of his career. In his new book, Chez Jacques: Traditions and Rituals of a Cook, he has chosen his favorite 100 recipes to share with you—food that he cooks when he is at home. On this special evening, Jacques will demonstrate some of these dishes, and share the stories that surround them. We will all try the food, paired with wine, and leave with a copy of Chez
