The Duck Party with Jacques Pépin
Here is your opportunity to take part in a most important demonstration and to experience a wonderful meal. Gastronomic luminary Jacques Pépin will demonstrate how to understand ingredients, the process of cooking, and how to cook economically with delicious results. Jacques will use duck to create at least four courses, from appetizer through the main course, followed by a terrific dessert. All the courses will have paired wines.
