The Reach program is split into two sections, instruction and tour. The instruction section will include rehearsals and technique classes at FitRec. The tour section will include the outdoor performance in Cambridge, Massachusetts, as well as other community performances, and continuing classes.

We will spend the first three weeks of the program learning skills and preparing for the tour. Daily activities will include:
- Technique classes in ballet, modern, jazz, and hip-hop
- Creating a 45-minute performance from both repertory and original work developed by company members
- Special classes in teaching dance and dance composition

“I love kids, so when we got to interact with them, such as teaching them a dance or just playing games, I felt honored to be a part of the community. I felt so important because they idolized us, and each time we went to a community I tried my best to be a good example for the kids. I hope that with the Reach program more kids will want to start dancing as a hobby.”
