Are you interested in getting in shape this summer, or getting involved in a new activity? The Noncredit Program offers a wide range of Aquatics, Courts Sports, Climbing, Dance, Fitness, Mind/Body, Rowing, Sailing, and Sports classes.

• Mind/Body: Yoga Fundamentals and Yoga/Pilates Fusion Training
• Fitness: 20/20/20 and Interval Training
Perennial Favorites:
• Aquatics: Masters Swim, Beginning Swim, Stroke Improvement, Fitness Swimming, Water Workout, Springboard Diving, Lifeguard Training, and Water Safety Instructor
• Court Sports: Tennis and Squash for all levels
• Climbing: Accelerated Intro to Climbing, Intro to Climbing, and Intermediate Climbing
• Dance: Pilates, Hip-Hop, Salsa, Belly Dancing
• Fitness: ZUMBA, Cardio Kickboxing, Fat Burn, Cycling
