Personal Training includes a wide variety of wellness services and packages to fit your individual needs. Personal Training provides 1-on-1 instruction under the supervision of one of our Certified Personal Trainers.
Interested in the fitness field?
Each fall semester, Boston University offers a semester-long training course to prepare you for a national Group Exercise Certification. This prep course includes classroom and practical hours to develop your skills as a group exercise instructor. Many students complete the class and pass the audition to become a fitness instructor for BU.
In addition, the Personal Training Certification course is offered in both the spring and the fall semesters. This semester-long course prepares students to sit for a nationally accredited Personal Training Certification exam.
