Yolanda is a senior currently pursuing her bachelor’s in health sciences at Boston University. She is a certified personal trainer by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Specializing in strength and conditioning, weight loss, general fitness and high intensity interval training (HIIT), Yolanda prioritizes the individual goals of her clients by offering the motivation and guidance necessary to reach them.
