Susan has her BS in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology from UMass Amherst. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Boston University. Susan is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Susan is very passionate about inspiring and motivating others to reach their fitness goals and to find enjoyment in a healthy lifestyle through exercise. Each individual body is unique and responds differently to exercise, which is why customized and functional programs are so important. Exercise should be fun yet challenging, and with hard work and a positive attitude, anything is possible. Susan’s training specialties include strength training, functional training and weight loss. She has worked with individuals of various ages and fitness levels, including children, adults, and older adults.
Susan’s general availability is in the evenings Monday through Friday and weekends.
