About Laura Anne
Laura is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise. Laura enjoys working with all ages and abilities. She states, “I love to help people find their strengths and push them to meet and exceed their weight loss goals as well as discover new ones. I am passionate about fitness and an avid runner. I will always encourage you to challenge yourself, drink lots of water, always stretch, and never ever give up.” Her interests include weight loss, strength training, circuit training, and running.
