Kristin graduated from BU with a degree in athletic training in 2019 and is currently pursuing her doctorate of physical therapy at BU. She is certified by NSCA as a strength and conditioning specialist.
Kristin believes it is important to empower people through fitness, whether it’s your first time in the gym or you are a self-designated “gym rat.” She will help you feel comfortable at the gym while also challenging you in new ways. Kristin creates individualized training programs to ensure you meet your personal goals, whether it’s strength building, cardiovascular training, or weight loss.
She specializes in strength training, injury prevention, and the transition from injury rehab to sports performance. She has personal experience in basketball, track, and rowing, and has worked with a variety of sports and populations through her experiences in athletic training and PT.
