About Jeff

Jeff graduated from Boston College in 2016 with a BS in Psychology, and is currently pursuing his DPT at Boston University. He is certified by NSCA as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Jeff believes that exercise is physically and mentally rewarding, and that with a healthy lifestyle, life’s obstacles become easier to overcome, creating a stronger sense of confidence. Jeff will work with you to help you eliminate complacency, exceed limits that once stood between you and your goals, and become the best version of yourself.

Jeff’s areas of expertise include weight loss, muscle hypertrophy and strength building, injury prevention and rehabilitation, and has sport-specific experience in lacrosse and soccer.
