Cormac is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength & Conditioning Association. He graduated from Bates College with a bachelors in biochemistry, where he founded the Bates College Weightlifting Club and Powerlifting Team. At Bates, Cormac was the Wellness Intern, providing strength and conditioning classes, and personalized mobility and pain rehabilitation programs for Bates staff and faculty. He has been competitively powerlifting since he was 16 years old and currently holds 10 powerlifting state records between Maine and New Hampshire. Cormac has over 1,000 hours of strength training experience, and he will continue his passion for health and fitness as part of Northeastern University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program next Spring.
