About Ben

Ben is currently pursuing a degree in linguistics and computer science, but his true passion lies in fitness and nutrition. He aims to help dedicated individuals achieve their fitness goals, feel better, and manage pain through individualized program design and education in fitness. While he is currently on hiatus from grappling sports, he holds a brown belt and Judo and a blue belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and plans to return within the next couple of years. Ben also enjoys to read in his free time. Ben’s areas of expertise include programming for body building and powerlifting, fat loss, and pain management.
