Antwan’s training philosophy is: “Our greatest glory is not in never falling but in rising every time we fall.” Antwan is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, an AFAA Certified Primary Group Exercise Instructor, and is also CPR/AED/First Aid Certified. Antwan has a BS in Exercise Science from The University at Buffalo. He has been working at Boston University for about 4 years as a Personal Trainer in which he has provided exercise leadership and expertise in the areas of personal training and group exercise classes. His passion and drive to help anyone improve their fitness level is second to none. He has tried just about every type of exercise there is, and can honestly say, he’s enjoyed each and every one.
Antwan is available to train during the weekday evenings and during the weekend.
