Parking

Parking at the Fitness & Recreation Center is limited. Members are encouraged to use public transportation when possible. There are parking lots located adjacent to FitRec - a surface lot (C-2) and two levels of structured garage parking (Lot A) under the Agganis Arena. Alternate parking is available at 808 Commonwealth Ave (Lot F).

Hours:
Monday - Friday: 6am - 11pm
Saturday & Sunday: 7am - 11pm

Please Note: Between 6pm and 11pm on non-event days, Arena parking patrons are asked to pay the maximum rate upon ENTRY. Parking costs $1/half hour; $12 maximum. Upon leaving, you will be refunded for any unused parking hours.

More specifically, when parking patrons enter the Arena lot between:

6pm and 7pm they are asked to pay $10.00.
7pm and 8pm: $8.00
8pm and 9pm: $6.00
9pm and 10pm: $4.00
After 10pm: $2.00

Again, patrons will be refunded any unused parking fees.

Due to events at Agganis Arena, parking is restricted in lots A and C2 on the following dates. Please Note: Time listed is event start time. Restriction will typically being 3-4 hours prior to the event.

Friday, April 26 - 10:30am & 7pm
Saturday, April 27 - all day
Sunday, April 28 - 1pm & 4:30pm
Tuesday, April 30 - 6pm
Wednesday, May 8 - all day
Thursday, May 9 - all day
Friday, May 10 - 7:30pm
Saturday, May 11 - 10am
Wednesday, May 15 - 7:30pm
Friday, May 17 - all day
Sunday, June 2 - 7:30pm

Green sticker parking is available at 808 Comm. Ave. (Lot F).
FitRec members may park at 808 Comm. Ave (Lot F) for $5 with FitRec ID.

Permit Parking

On non-event days, lot A and surface lot C-2 will be available to Charles River Campus employees with valid Green and Red permits or University Guest passes on a space available basis.

Medical Campus permits are accepted on the Charles River Campus with the same restrictions. A valid daytime permit for the Medical Campus (Gold Stickers) will be honored at Lot A and C-2 on a space available basis. Evening permits at both the Charles River Campus and at the Medical Campus will both be honored after 4 p.m.

Non-Permit Parking

On non-event dates, the Agganis Arena parking garage (Lot A) and surface lot C-2 will be available to Fitness and Recreation Center members and visitors for $1/half hr or a maximum of $12/day. Payments are cash only.
