FitRec will be offering a regular schedule of free classes again this Spring semester. Classes are offered before 9 a.m. and during the lunch hour to fit into your busy workday. These high energy classes are a great way to get in shape and try something new!

Classes are limited; please arrive 10-15 minutes before class to claim your spot. Check in at the FitRec Front Desk and receive your Class Pass, then enjoy your class!
