Free workouts to fit your schedule

Every semester, FitRec offers free Member Classes designed exclusively for faculty, staff, alumni, and Friends of BU members! These classes are challenging and invigorating, and offered before work and during the lunch hour.

These classes are appropriate for all fitness levels and ages but are geared for members who are 29 years and older. The goal is to create a comfortable environment for our non-student members at all fitness levels. Students are not admitted.

Spring 2016 Free Member Classes

Mondays, 1/25-4/25 7:30 – 8:15 am L137 Pilates Mat
Thursdays, 1/28-4/28 7:30 – 8:30 am L126/128 Yoga
Thursdays, 1/14-5/5 12:15 – 12:45 pm L133 Stretch & Breathe

Class space available on first come, first served basis. Bring your ID to the FitRec Member Service Desk 15 minutes prior to the start of class to receive your class ticket. Please present your ticket to class instructor upon entry. No classes held the week of Spring Break, March 5 – 13.
