Free workouts to fit your schedule
Every semester, FitRec offers free Member Classes designed exclusively for faculty, staff, alumni, and Friends of BU members! These classes are challenging and invigorating, and offered before work and during the lunch hour.
These classes are appropriate for all fitness levels and ages but are geared for members who are 29 years and older. The goal is to create a comfortable environment for our non-student members at all fitness levels. Students are not admitted.
Please note: There will be an extra session of Pilates offered on Monday, April 27 from 7:30 – 8:30 am. For all of the early risers, there will be a bonus half hour from 7 – 7:30 am.
