If you are looking to get a workout and enhance your skills, join us on the indoor courts at the Track and Tennis Center. We offer beginning through advanced level tennis classes for all ages.  Classes keep you moving with stroke and footwork drills, and interactive game play. Advance your game with group lessons, or get personal attention with private instruction.

Row your way to fitness

Located on the Cambridge side of the Charles River, the DeWolfe Boathouse is a state-of-the-art facility and an ideal place to sharpen your rowing skills or to learn to row. Rowing is an excellent aerobic exercise that will improve muscle strength, endurance, flexibility and agility. Not to mention the positive mental benefits of beginning or ending your day on the Charles River in fresh air and sunshine.

Rowing and sculling classes are offered in the early morning and evening during the summer and fall, while indoor rowing training is offered in the off-season. The DeWolfe Boathouse provides an invigorating environment for rowing against the backdrop of the beautiful Boston skyline.

Sail the Charles River

Learn to sail this summer season with our beginning and intermediate sailing classes. Classes are offered in the evening and over the weekends to fit into your busy summer schedule.

Spend some time on the Charles River and reap all the benefits of sailing. In addition to being a life skill, sailing provides numerous health benefits, such as improved muscle strength, flexibility, and agility while also being an excellent aerobic exercise. Just being outside and on the water can have a profound effect on your mind, body, and soul.
