Stretch & Breathe

Stretch and Breathe is open to ALL BU Faculty and Staff members and it’s completely free.

We encourage you to take some time to slow down with our Stretch and Breathe class, offered from 12:15 to 12:45. You’ll have 30 solid minutes to slow down, take deep breaths, stretch, and relax your body, mind and soul. No experience with yoga, meditation, stretching or any physical activity is necessary. Course is led by an experienced instructor that can accommodate any level of experience and/or need of accommodation. You will return to work feeling relaxed, centered and ready to take on the rest of your day.

Stretch and Breathe at FitRec: Sometimes, in order to be more productive, more effective or just happier, we need to take a break. No registration or workout gear needed; come as you are. All we ask is that you check in at the FitRec Front Desk when you arrive.

Medical Campus

Stretch and Breathe at the Medical Campus: Sometimes, in order to be more productive, more effective or just happier, we need to take a break. Registration is required. No workout gear needed; come as you are.
