WHITE HOUSE FORUM ON AGING COMING TO BOSTON
In advance of the 2015 White House Conference on Aging, the Obama Administration has announced a series of regional forums to hear from the public about healthy aging, retirement security, and long-term services for elderly Americans. The White House Conference on Aging has taken place every decade since 1961, with the goal of developing national policies to help senior citizens and their families. The regional forums, the last of which will be held in Boston on May 28, will provide an opportunity for researchers, senior citizens and community leaders to share ideas for the national conference. The forums are cosponsored by AARP and planned by the Leadership Council on Aging Organizations.
