Search page

The FAQ system is organized by departments, topics, and subtopics. You can search or browse within each department, within a specific topic or subtopic inside a department, or throughout the entire database. Departments, topics, and subtopics are accessed with the tree control on the left side of the screen. The tree control expands and collapses branches within departments and topics.

By clicking the triangular indicator Closed branchor a red department link in the tree control, you can view the list of topics within each department. You can drill further down into the content by opening topics that have subtopics. Topics with subtopics can easily be identified by the indicator. You can close opened departments or topics by clicking again on the triangle indicator that points downOpen branchor the red department link. Select a specific topic or subtopic by checking the box in front of the label. You can select any number of topics or subtopics within the tree control.

Matches to your search criteria are displayed, 10 per page, with questions at the top of the page linking to the question and answer further down the page. Click the More link to display subsequent pages of answers that match your search. The instances of your search term are highlighted.

Browse

To browse the entire database, simply click the Search button without supplying a search term and without selecting any topics or subtopics.

To browse a specific topic or subtopic, turn on the checkbox next to the item's name and simply click the Search button without supplying a search term in the form field.

Search

To search the entire database, type your keyword in the search field and click the Search button without selecting anything in the tree control.

To search one or multiple topics or subtopics, turn on the checkboxes next to the topic name(s), enter your search term in the search box, and click the Search button. Only the selected topics and subtopics will be searched.

Search for a specific question number

To find a specific question by its question number, enter the number into the search box as in the following example:

Start a new search

To begin a new search or browse a new topic, simply click the Clear button to return to the initial tree control.
