The FAQ system is organized by departments, topics, and subtopics.
You can search or browse within each department, within a specific
topic or subtopic inside a department, or throughout the entire
database. Departments, topics, and subtopics are accessed with the
tree control on the left side of the screen. The tree control expands
and collapses branches within departments and topics.
By clicking the triangular indicator or
a red department link in the tree control, you can view the list
of topics within each department. You can drill further down into
the content by opening topics that have subtopics. Topics with subtopics
can easily be identified by the indicator. You can close opened
departments or topics by clicking again on the triangle indicator
that points down or
the red department link. Select a specific topic or subtopic by
checking the box in front of the label. You can select any number
of topics or subtopics within the tree control.
Matches to your search criteria are displayed, 10 per page, with
questions at the top of the page linking to the question and answer
further down the page. Click the More link to display subsequent
pages of answers that match your search. The instances of your search
term are highlighted.
