Triggers
such as smoke, dust, or pollen can cause your airways to
swell making it difficult to breathe. When your airways
tighten and become smaller you can have any of the following
symptoms:

Talk
with your doctor and visit him or hear at least once every
6 months
Take
your asthma medication exactly as your doctor tells you
to.
Watch
for signs that your asthma is getting worse and act quickly
