Ruth W. Kimokoti, MD, MA, MPH

Dr. Kimokoti is an Assistant Professor with teaching and research responsibilities in the Department of Family Medicine and a co-investigator with the Framingham Nutrition Studies (FNS).  Her clinical and research training are in family medicine, nutrition, and international health.  Her research interests include the nutritional epidemiology of cardiovascular diseases and obesity-related outcomes, including Metabolic Syndrome, and global nutrition and population health.  Her FNS research will contribute to the institution of translational research and guide the formulation of clinical and public health policies to prevent CVD outcomes associated with obesity.
