It is important to expose children to healthy food options at an early age in order to instill good eating habits as they grow and develop.  The Center attempts to maintain a healthy environment for all the children. We provide both a morning and an afternoon snack, with items such as yogurt and fruit, whole wheat bagels and cream cheese, cereal and fruit, and cheese and crackers.  Parents must provide a lunch for their child each day.  Non-nutritious snack foods for lunch (such as candy, cakes, puddings, and cookies) are not allowed. Healthy options, such as sandwiches, vegetables, fruits and yogurt are recommended instead.
