- Faculty and Staff Assistance Office The Faculty and Staff Assistance Office is a confidential, voluntary counseling and referral service for employees and their families. Services are available without charge. The office is available for consultation, short-term counseling and referral resource information.

- FMLA Policy The Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 (FMLA) applies to all eligible employees.
- Parking Regulations and Transportation The Office of Parking Services is responsible for the management, maintenance, and enforcement of parking policies and procedures for all parking lots, garages, and marked spaces on the Charles River Campus. The Office of Parking Services also administers the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Department’s Faculty Monthly Pass Programs.
