  • Women in Science and Engineering WISE is a network of women faculty in science and engineering disciplines at Boston University, with a goal of fostering a supportive research environment for women and men. WISE activities provide opportunities for career development, mentoring of students, and leadership training.

  • Information Services & Technology IS&T’s “TechWeb” site provides information on everything from configuring e-mail and wireless to use of Blackboard and ePortfolio. Educational Technology Consulting is also provided.
  • Faculty and Staff Assistance Office The Faculty and Staff Assistance Office is a confidential, voluntary counseling and referral service for employees and their families. Services are available without charge. The office is available for consultation, short-term counseling and referral resource information.

  • FMLA Policy The Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 (FMLA) applies to all eligible employees.
  • Parking Regulations and Transportation The Office of Parking Services is responsible for the management, maintenance, and enforcement of parking policies and procedures for all parking lots, garages, and marked spaces on the Charles River Campus. The Office of Parking Services also administers the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Department’s Faculty Monthly Pass Programs.
