Engineering Product Innovation Center Construction Activity for the Period of May 6 – May 10
Anticipated construction activities for the week of May 6 – May 10:
1. Abatement – The contractor will continue to abate the ceiling on the first floor of 750 Comm Ave. (the old Guitar Center space). It is anticipated that the abatement will finish by the middle of the week.
2. Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing – The contractor will be installing temporary lighting in the 744 Commonwealth Avenue space.
3. Interior Fit-Up – The contractor will begin laying out and installing the new walls in 750 Comm Ave.
