Host an event

Your office or department can also have a BU Experience. If you would like to host a reception or special event, we can accommodate you at no charge. (The only cost would be for catering or table/chair rental if needed). Just fill out the reservation form and Campus Information & Visitor Relations will be in touch shortly to discuss the logistics. If you would like to give a PowerPoint presentation in addition to the tour, we can arrange for a screen/projector/laptop for your use.

To see a layout of the room, please view the floor plan. To help you plan your event, Campus Information & Visitor Relations would be happy to arrange an appointment to show you the space and give you ideas on how to set up for the occasion.

Catering on the Charles will be pleased to help you with all of your catering needs and menu planning.

Tables and chairs are available for your use at the BU Experience, but we may not have exactly what you require to make your event perfect. Peterson Party Center rents tables and chairs in all shapes and sizes. Consult the website for prices and more information.
