Peter Fiedler
Vice President for Administrative Services
After a career in audio and video post-production, Peter Fiedler assumed the position of director of operations for BU’s television station, WABU-TV 68, in 1993. In 1999 he joined the Office of the Executive Vice President and played a key role in restoring the University’s flagship National Public Radio station’s (WBUR-FM) position among the nation’s best.
As VP for Administrative Services, Fiedler has responsibility for the Boston University police department, student health services, university mail services, administrative IST support, as well as human resources for 9,300 staff and faculty. His office also continues to oversee the operations of WBUR-FM.

- Student Health ServicesStudent Health Services provides health services for full-time University students. Specialists cover everyday medical care, behavioral medicine, crisis intervention counseling, and chiropractic care.
- University Mail Services University Mail Services handles and distributes all incoming, outgoing, and interdepartmental mail.
