FAQ

Q: Where and when may guests check in?

A: Front Desks are operated in the lobby of the major residence halls and are generally staffed from 7 a.m. to 12 a.m. Guests may check in beginning at 3 p.m. on the first day of the program. If a guest arrives when the Front Desk is closed, the building supervisor can be paged at any time. Guests must check out before 11 a.m. on the last day of the program. If necessary, changes to these times can be requested prior to your group’s arrival.

Q: Are linen and towels provided?

A: Linen and towels will be provided according to your group’s rate plan.

Q: Is there a daily housekeeping service?

A: No, but rooms will be ready upon arrival, and guests will be able to exchange linen at the Front Desk.

Q: Are there telephones and televisions in the rooms?

A: Pay phones and TV lounges are located in most of our residence halls, but there are no telephones or televisions in the guestrooms.

Q: Are public computing facilities available?

Q: Are spouses and children allowed?
