European Studies Lunch Talk: The Beginning of the End or the End of the Beginning for the Stability Rules

Join us for a talk by Jonathan Zeitlin, senior fellow at the Watson Institute. Zeitlin is Distinguished Faculty Professor of Public Policy and Governance at the University of Amsterdam and Director of the Amsterdam Center for Contemporary European Studies (ACCESS EUROPE). He is spending the Fall of 2014 as a Senior Fellow in International Studies at the Watson Institute at Brown University. He has published widely on European and transnational governance, and frequently serves as speaker, advisor, and evaluator for the EU institutions.

Zeitlin analyzes how EU social objectives and policy coordination have been integrated into the Europe 2020 Strategy and the emerging post-crisis architecture of economic governance.
