Fulbright Scholar Awards in Europe for Faculty

We’ve received notice of a unique award within the U.S. Fulbright Scholar Program that might be of interest to BU faculty. Applications for the 2013-14 academic year are currently being accepted from all levels of faculty and professionals, including early career.

Unique within the Fulbright Scholar Program worldwide and of special note is the following award:

POLAND: Fulbright-University of Warsaw Distinguished Chair in East European/Eurasian Studies(candidates at the associate professor or professor level are eligible to apply; knowledge of Polish is not a requirement.)

In addition, we call your attention to the following opportunities:

EUROPEAN UNION: Fulbright-Schuman Chair at the College of Europe
POLAND: International Relations or Political Science
SERBIA: American Politics, Government or American History
UNITED KINGDOM: Fulbright-Northern Ireland Governance and Public Policy Award

Applicants must be U.S. citizens and hold a Ph.D. or appropriate professional/terminal degree at the time of application. The application deadline is August 1, 2012.
