Stefan Winter

Dr. Stefan Winter has been Secretary of State for Labour, Health and Social Affairs in the government of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany’s largest state, since 2005, and serves on the faculty of the Hannover Medical School and Harvard Medical International. He is former vice president of the European Committee for Biomedical Ethics and author of 161 publications including 30 original scientific papers, 25 general publications and 11 published health policy projects.
