Joschka Fischer

Joschka Fischer was Germany's Foreign Minister and Vice Chancellor n the government of Gerhard Schröder from 1998 to 2005. A leader in the Green Party for nearly 20 years, he is one of Europe’s leading political thinkers. In 2006-07 he was been visiting professor at Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs. (2007)
