“Hi, my name is Kai Lin and I come from Canton China. I had been a language teacher for 5 years before I came to the States and I love to learn and share languages. I am excited to be the Chinese language leader to help those who want to practice Chinese. Let’s talk about something fun in Chinese.”

“I am a New Jersey native and work to bring faculty and the ERC together. My family is from Ecuador, where I’ve visited many times. Some of my favorite conversation topics are travel and food .”

“My name is Nathalie Sikou from Congo Brazzaville, a French speaking country.  I am a Humphrey Fellow at BU with a concentration in entrepreneurship.  Also, I am very excited this 2015 spring semester to be the French language leader at BU.”

“Ahnnyung! I’m Steven, a Korean language link leader. I was raised in Seoul, Korea and have been in the State for last 7 years. I am majoring in Psychology and currently a junior, but have senior standing.”

“I grew up in Moscow, Russia, and came to the US in 2000. I am sophomore pursuing a dual degree in finance and economics in SMG and CAS. Outside of school I am involved in Greek life, the Finance Club, and the Russian Club.”

“I’m a Puerto Rican foodie who loves salsa dancing. I’m majoring in psychology and minoring in public health. Although Spanish is my native language, “Spanglish” comes in a close second.”
