How to be a Language Link Leader
The ERC is no longer accepting applications for Fall 2011. Please check back in the Spring for updates.
Language Link Mission:
The ERC’s Language Link provides an opportunity for BU students to enhance their foreign language skills in small, informal, conversation groups led by native and accomplished speakers. Students expand their knowledge of other cultures, increase vocabulary, and improve their pronunciation as an added dimension to classroom learning.
The goal is to have fun while increasing confidence and social interaction with other students who want to practice foreign languages, whether related to coursework or study abroad.
Position Requirements:
In order to be a Language Link leader, a student must be in good academic, disciplinary, and financial standing at Boston University, as verified by the ERC. Language Link Leaders are typically native speakers of the language they wish to lead and work up to 5 hours per week.
