An Individual Development Plan (IDP) is a customized roadmap for your professional training. It can help you set goals and review and update them regularly, enabling you to make most of your graduate or postdoctoral experience at BU. This workshop will help you create an outline of your IDP that will facilitate professional development conversations with your mentor.
