This position will now be redefined as solely in Nineteenth-Century American literature (the other half of the original job description); that search continues. I. Assistant Professor in Nineteenth-Century American Literature The Department is seeking to fill a position starting in September 2010 (pending budgetary approval) in Nineteenth-Century American Literature (desirable sub-fields include hemispheric American studies; ethnic or minority literatures; women’s studies).
