Please send an email to eng-rt@bu.edu in order to create a trouble ticket.  You will receive a confirmation autoresponse and someone from ENGIT will contact you to assist.  At any point, to comment on your trouble ticket just reply to the autoresponse email, keeping the subject line intact.

Website Support

Please send an email to engweb-rt@bu.edu in order to create a website ticket. ENGIT can assist with the design and development of your bu.edu website.
