Elaina Kelley
BME Placement Coordinator
Elaina, a native of Boston became BME Placement Coordinator
in November 2003. She earned a B.S. Degree from Saint Anselm
College in Manchester, N.H. Before being hired at Boston
University, she worked at the Whitehead Institute for Biomedical
Research in Cambridge, MA in the Intellectual Property Office.
In her current assignment as BME Placement Coordinator, her
duties include: co-op placement, hosting annual networking events,
and mentoring students throughout their career search. Elaina's
additional duties include: developing relationships with new
companies, compiling information regarding careers available in the
biomedical engineering industry and coordinating placement efforts
with other universities.
