A block of rooms has been reserved for conference attendees on a first come, first serve basis. To ensure optimum availability, we encourage you to reserve your hotel accomodations as soon as possible. You must use the Hyatt link on the registration page to receive the preferred rate of $169/night.

The Hyatt is situated directly across the river from the conference site has spectacular views of the Boston skyline, first rate exercise facilities etc. During rush hour, the scenic 10 minute walk to the conference site is quicker than the drive! Some additional practical advice: Fenway Park, home of the Boston Red Sox, is situated on the other side of the BU campus from the Hyatt. The Red Sox have home games every day from May 1st to May 7th in 2006, (their arch rivals, the New York Yankees, will be in town May 1st and 2nd, but most of us will be in Florida). Needless to say, During ACE ’06, there are very few convenient hotel options besides the rooms we have reserved at the Hyatt- we did our homework.
